Shipping
Jewelry by Jaz handcrafts everything to your specification. Both standard and custom designs are created upon order commitment. Production time varies, please allow up to 2 weeks for your product to be scheduled for shipping.
Customer Care and Cleaning
Gently wash with warm water and mild soap using a soft cloth. Dry completely. Do NOT use Abrasive cleaners or tarnish shield products. To resist tarnish to the silver, please store jewels in a tarnish resistant pouch or sealed in a tarnish resistant zip-lock bag. *All of our jewelry comes with a tarnish resistant bag.
Repairs
Our jewelry is crafted with precision and care. If you do have a product that has been damaged we will do our best to repair it or replace the item if the product components are available. Cost will vary depending on item. Should you choose to have an item repaired or replaced a quote will be sent to a provided email address.
Returns
We know you will be thrilled with our jewelry, however, If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns that are unused and damage free. The items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All authorized transaction paid by credit card on this site are paid using PayPal® and will be refunded in the same manner. Please notify us of a return at returns@jewelrybyjaz.com.
